Paper Topic:
Each student is required to write a paper 5 7 pages long of text pertaining to a topic that encompasses both law and business. Students are required to select topics from the list below.

Topics: trademarks, copyrights, corporations, patents, sole-proprietorships, partnerships

Paper Format:
The paper should be formatted with a title page (with name of paper, student name, and date), introduction, 5 – 7 pages of text (required), conclusion, and reference page. The papers should be double-spaced with one-inch (top, side, and bottom) margins, written in APA Format and contain at least five (5) references. The students may add addition information as it fits the paper.  This additional information may include items such as exhibits with charts and graphs.  The students may number the pages at the bottom right corner.

Percentage of Grade:
The paper will be worth 20% of each students grade.

Point Distribution of Paper Grade:
Title Page: 5 points
Table of Contents: 5 points
Introduction: 15 points
Text: 50 points
Conclusion: 10 points
Reference Page: 15 points
