Review the score interpretation of my Self-assessment (How Self-Confident are You?) analyze and answer the following questions with the information provided in the (Attached) Self-Assessment Score Interpretation.

1.    What did your score indicate regarding your level of self-confidence?

2.    How will you apply this knowledge to future leadership opportunities?

3.    Discuss any deficiencies you may have uncovered in reference to your level of self-confidence. 

4.    How you plan to overcome them.

Guidelines to the Essay:

c.    You should provide strong evidence of critical thinking.
d.    Essay should end with a conclusion statement to support your essay.
