Your HR department has noticed a sharp increase in employee turnover in both the finance and
shipping and receiving departments (at various levels), which is causing significant problems for
the company and driving the companies costs through additional recruitment.
As an associate in the HR department, you are instructed to develop two short survey
questionnaires for the finance department and the shipping and receiving department to get a better
understanding of the factors contributing to the sharp increase in employee turnover in each
department. The questionnaire should include both open-ended and closed-ended questions, with
a total of 20 questions (includes demographic questions as well) for each survey.
The assignment should be no longer than 500 words double spaced using APA formatting.
