Read the paper “How I learned to let my people Lead” by Ralph Stayer under content/additional articles.  Then write a two page paper on some of Stayer’s key lessons and HOW he learned them.  Focus upon his actions, reflections, and behaviors primarily (more than the conditions that drove tem).
