I need a program that asks for the customers name, what pizza they want 1. Cheese 2. Pepperoni 3. Sausage or 4. Supreme. Then ask for the price of said pizza or pizzas. A small is $5.50 , a medium is $8.25 , and a large is $9.99. Then depending on the customers choice ask for additional toppings, such as cheese, which is free, Pepperoni, $1 extra, BBQ chicken, $2 extra, and supreme which is $3 extra. And after every pizza with toppings, the customer should be asked if they would like to buy another pizza until they say no. Then add up the prices and display the order by name first, what pizzas they got; then their total price.
