I choose to research Nike company which involves in international outsourcing activities. You need to provide a  brief background of the Nike company (400 words). Then, briefly describe the company’s general process of international expansion and international business activities (700 words) . I hope you can focus on introducing Nike’s outsourcing activities and try to use the in term of theories of MNEs. Specifically, you are expected to analyse the cases in terms of the theories of MNEs discussed in the lectures. You need to look at the case from a theoretical standpoint and use appropriate literature on outsourcing. I give you three previous examples to help you.
