I just need the last part of the guidelines completed. The instructions are:

Recommendations and implementation plan. – Detail the application of the relevant theories you have chosen to support your recommendations (This includes the research component of the paper wherein you provide theoretical support from sources outside the text as well). Make your recommendations fairly specific and consider their feasibility. Propose how the company and/or situation can change from your recommendations. There will likely be implementation difficulties inherent in some of your proposals. These drawbacks should also be addressed. This should be between 0.5 1 page.

I have uploaded the case itself, the guidelines, the two articles I am using for research, the introduction I have already written, and the answers to some of these questions.
