Composers.  The 19th century was full of colorful composers.

Choose one composer and focus on one composition that she or he wrote.
Your short paper should contain three or more paragraphs and 200-250 words.
Paragraph 1: identification of a composer and a brief biography of that composer
Paragraph 2: discussion of the overall musical style of that composer
Paragraph 3: discussion of one composition by the composer as it reflects the composers overall style

You should only use signed sources (that is, sources that have a named author).  You may use Wikipedia to help find signed articles, but Wikipedia should not be used as a source itself. 
Anytime you directly quote more than a phrase of five words from another source, you must enclose them in quotation marks. 
Reserve quotations for truly unique formulations or controversial statements; paraphrase (and cite) your source whenever possible.
