Lack of trust among employees, poor effective communication and arising confidentiality issues affect work delegation

I am asked to do a Research and filling the ROT template. It’s split into 3 phases (attached as ROT 1, 2 and 3).

I have done ROT 1 but I believe after feedback, it’s very long and not adhering to the guidelines, so I need to edit it ROT1 and do the rest. Each phase of the 3 is listed with the guidelines + template in the same word file.

I have already submitted ROT1 but need to edit even if I had to change major stuff in it (after discussion with the writer) so ROT 2 and 3 be able to be written.
