Your ideas need to be based on sources (papers/articles), not your own ideas. Avoid I think/I believe/ I feel/In my opinion in your paper.
The length means full pages, disregarding heading/title (which should be on the cover page) and reference page. The paper must be typed, double spaced and size 12 font. Paraphrase everything, there is seldom a need to quote an author in science!
