– This paper should be analytical in nature, and address an important Intelligence theme. Topics may include (but not limited to):  intelligence failures, moral and ethical issues with intelligence collection (i.e. bulk collection of data), covert actions, reform (to include the creation of the DNI position), or most significant counterintelligence failures.

– I have uploaded my abstract and my instructor stated ” make sure you focus on 9/11 and its impact on the intelligence community, not its impact on society, etc.”

– I have also uploaded books from the class because this research paper should make use of assigned readings as well as independent research.
