The concept of motivation is integrated throughout studies on management and leadership, but it becomes more complex when motivating a team comprised of multiple personalities, backgrounds and motivations.  This module will explore the various considerations that should be made for motivating teams as well as effective strategies for motivation.  A component of this will include a closer look at approaches to leadership with a specific focus on the serving leader as a motivator.
Describe key considerations in motivating high-performing teams
Evaluate effective strategies and leadership approaches for team motivation
