Here is what the email said:

“Your first in-text citation is in MLA, the other two are not. Please review the MLA guide or the policy paper for examples of correct in-text citations.

Your paper meets the minimum research requirement, but just barely. You will be eligible for a grade on the assignment. Given the large number of assertions, facts, and claims in the paper, the fact that only three of them are cited (i.e. three in-text citations), will not result in a good grade on the paper in so far as the research criterion is evaluated. You can review the rubric in the resources section of the policy paper tab in eCampus.
