You have set up your own consultancy and found your first client to create your portfolio. For this organisation, you have to 1) identify the IS problem(s), 2) analyse the situation with the tools and knowledge acquired in class, and 3) formulate your own recommendations to solve the problem(s).
Be careful, you must show the rigour and relevance of your own solutions, do not just repeat what the organisation has decided to solve the problem in the past. You really need to approach the problem as if you were working for this company. Every consultancy firm has its own speciality, so you are free to decide for which type of organisation you are going to carry out your first project
