Imagine that you are the athletic director for a high school. Last year, there were many issues with your student-athletes. There was poor sportsmanship, bullying, and too much gamesmanship. The superintendent wants to be proactive in the upcoming school year and make positive changes within the sport programs. The district superintendent has mandated that all site athletic directors provide a plan of action on how they will address students so that these issues do not occur during this new school year. The superintendent wants you to present at a school-board meeting on what you will do to correct the negative problems seen during the previous school year. The superintendent wants you to send them a detailed outline about your plan and how you would present your plan to the school board. This should be a detailed outline, not a complete plan or presentation. 

Length: 3-5 pages, not including title and reference pages

References: Support your work with a minimum of 2 scholarly resources

Your outline should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect graduate-level writing and APA standards.
