1) How does Death of a Salesman critique Capitalism?

2) Death of a Salesman is often seen as an example of Realism, which the theatre critic Edwin Wilson defined as the attempt to present onstage people and events corresponding to those observable in everyday life. How is the play realistic and how is it not realistic?

3) In his What is a Play? Chapter, Robert Cohen claimed that critics dont usually classify modern plays as tragedies because tragedies demand a larger-than-life context (pg. 34). Do you consider Death of a Salesman to be a tragedy? Why or why not?
