Based on the information in Chapter 14 ( check attachment,  Conflict Management and Negotiation Skills) and your independent research, write a paper that addresses the following questions:

* What are the five conflict modes?
* What is the basis/cause of this conflict in each of the scenarios?
* What conflict style/handling-mode should be use to resolve the conflict in each scenario you chose?
*  Why did you choose the approaches you chose?
* What are the advantages and disadvantages of your choices?

Your well-written paper should meet the following requirements:

* Be 5 pages in length, not including the required cover and reference pages,
* Formatted according to APA writing guidelines.
* Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of three scholarly articles from peer-reviewed journal articles.
