Criteria:
Introduction=2 marks
Introduce the technology.  Just like you would write an essay.

First paragraph=6 marks
Benefits: list some advantages (at least 3) and explain why they are advantages.  Do not talk about the moral or ethical points in this paragraph, just why is it good.

Second paragraph=6 marks
Harms: list some disadvantages(at least 3) and explain why they are disadvantages.  Do not talk about the moral or ethical points in this paragraph.

Third paragraph=5 marks
Here is where you will discuss the moral or ethical viewpoints.  What other parties think, and what you think.

Conclusion=2 marks
Write a conclusion wrapping it all up, just like you would in an essay.
