This discussion will be directed toward the clinical setting in a long term skilled nursing care facility.You as the Advance Nurse Practitioner Student with your clinical preceptor on the first day of your clinical site rotation doing history and physical assessments, charting in the electronic medical record, writing prescriptions, and formulating diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
