In this assignment, Prepare a two – three page paper outlining the differences between the Arizona Law 13-405  & the NY State law Article 35 on the use of Deadly Physical force against another person. Discuss. Compare and contrast deadly physical force – focus should be on the general public not law enforcement when can they use it? Explain what the laws are in each of these jurisdictions and analyze fully in terms of when deadly force may or may not be used and the policies of each jurisdiction. How do the differences impact the public at large??
