Restaurant Impossible:  Watch an episode of Restaurant Impossible on youtube.  Be sure to identify the restaurant that the show is about.  Write a minimum of a three page report that talks about the operational issues that are occurring and how they were resolved.  Be sure to include the following:  facility layout, culture, atmosphere, management style, employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, quality, inventory control, food costs, process flow.
