animal rights for experimentation

in the last paper about animal rights, you wrote “Therefore, from this point of view, it is logical to say that neither animals nor humans have rights. Humans may possess moral agency, and therefore, it gives them an upper hand in deciding the fate of animals. However, humans’ fate is likewise determined by society, and any given life does not surpass the interest of society.” this is a little confused me. are you saying HUMANS have no rights, is that correct? Humans are the species that invented the concept, so how can they NOT have rights. see the attached file.
