Working individually, submit one lesson plan that follows the UDL format.
Additionally, write a short paper that accompanies the lesson plan in which you include references to ideas from course readings to help explain the pedagogical choices you made in your individual lesson plan.
Lesson plans MUST include:
Instructional goals/objectives
Instructional methodology
Curricular materials
Description of the lesson
Be sure the lesson you design addresses multiple forms of representation/engagement/expression.
Be sure to describe the modes of student participation.
Be sure your lesson includes a description of how student learning will be assessed.
In your paper, please be sure to explain the pedagogical choices you made in your individual lesson plan and connect these ideas to references from course readings.
