Risk management planning is critical to project success. Read and consider the The Olympics as a Story of Risk Management case study.  Write a brief case study paper exploring the questions at the end of the case study.

Case Study Questions:

1. Describe risk factors that could negatively impact the game.

2. Based on the case study evaluate some best practices for effective risk management.

3. Discuss the risk management plan and the importance of communicating the risk management plan amongst the project management staff and others within the Olympic organization.

4. Do you agree with the following statement: “With proper planning it is possible to eliminate most/ all risks from a project”? Why or why not?

Specific Case Study Guidelines:

The paper must follow current APA edition formatting with a cover page and reference page.
The paper should be 3 pages in length, at minimum. It should be written in Times New Roman, 12-point font, and should be double-spaced.
