Find a LOCAL community-based mental health intervention (if there is not one in your community, try your city, county, state, etc.). Review the community health program and discuss how well it follows the 10 basic principles. What does this program address and where does it fall short (if applicable). Discuss who this program is for and how it uniquely addressing mental health aside from diagnosing and treating. Do they offer treatment beyond prescription medicine? Has it proven effective?
