Your paper this week will focus on the Barney article that I provided titled: Organizational Culture: Can It Be a Source of Sustained Competitive Advantage? Many successful businesses (organizations) have established organizational culture. Think about Apple, Google, Yahoo, Target, IBM…the list goes on and on. Those with the best organizational cultures are usually the more successful organizations. Select a business and evaluate its organizational culture. Can their culture be applied in an organization such as a fire department and why or why not? The first half of your paper is research but the conclusion will be opinion. Your paper should fall between 3-5 pages as usual using proper citations and APA format.
