Instructions to assignment:

An opening paragraph should start in the beginning.  This paragraph should introduce and define the concept of belonging.  It should also introduce the topic of the article.

The next paragraphs should summarize the article.  Be sure to include the main points or findings of the article.  Include enough detail to be thorough, but remember your paper is limited to 2 pages of writing (the entire paper should be no more than 4 pages including the title page and reference page).  Remember to cite the article whenever you restate/summarize what the author says.  You would do so by including the last name of the authors and year of publication at the end of the sentence (Authors, Year). Try not to use direct quotes but cite them if you do.  The citation for a direct quote is different than when you re-state things in your own wordsuse an APA manual (or library handout on APA) for the format.
   
The last paragraph should include your personal ideas and response to the article and the topic of belonging.  How do you see this as relevant to nursing (and your) education? Describe why/why not.
