HRM Application Paper Guidelines
In preparing your paper, reflect and respond to the following:
What were the three most valuable insights gained into effective people management practices, and how does each insight relate to effective human resource management?
Using your text and/or other expert sources, define, describe and connect the insights gained and
effective HRM.
Why are the three insights gained into effective people management valuable in enhancing your
effectiveness as a manager and leader? How has your behavior and/or thinking changed to integrate your learning?
What specific action(s) will you take to apply each insight gained to enhance your effectiveness as a manager and leader?
