Students will pick a disorder from the DSM-V  (cognitive, genetic, mental, emotional, etc.)

Pick something of interest to you.  Students are to research the disorder and then compose a 4-6 page paper (not including the title and reference pages) containing the following:

Description of the disorder.
Prevalence rate (Does this disorder affect more males or females, certain ethnicities, etc?)
Age of onset
Causes
Treatment options/Preventative measures
Field(s) of psychology involved with investigating such a disorder.
Current research, any other pertinent information that could add to the discussion
All material must be cited in APA format.
