Your project manager in a traditional setting tells you that the lessons learned are done only in the closure stage of the project. You have ideas to share that can make the current process better and want to discuss how they can be incorporated. Your project manager tells you that unfortunately this is not an agile team where you can discuss retrospectives at the end of every sprint. How would you react to this situation? What would you tell the project manager?
