Discussion questions: (3)

Students will be asked to respond to questions posted by the instructor regarding a current issue or trend. This discussion may involve more than one topic and students will be asked to provide responses based on referenced works and their personal opinions. Specific instructions will direct the students approach to these assignments which should be posted as a word document in the assignment Drop Box using the Assignments tool of the web course. The scoring of the responses will be based on the Discussion Question rubric posted by the instructor.

Discussion Guidelines:

Your response to the discussion question must be of sufficient length to permit the instructor to assess your understanding of the subject matter. I would suggest a submission of at lest three pages but often much more is required to fully develop an adequate response. Submissions for this assignment cannot be posted after the assignment closes.
Make certain your response addresses all the components of the discussion question.
Submit your document to the assignment drop box under the Assignments tab of the web course.
Use ONLY doc or docx file formatting when submitting your assignment; any document that cannot be opened will be returned to the student. Double space this assignment and properly cite (APA6) reference material.
Three to five solid references are generally required for credibility.
Make certain your name appears on the submitted document.
Do NOT type your responses to the discussion questions in the Comment box on the Assignments page of the web course.
Spelling errors and grammatical errors that detract from the information conveyed in the students response will result in loss of points.
