You will need to research a little bit about ING bank (www.ing.com) to answer the 2 questions.  Keep in mind that ING is in a changing environment and in a time of digital transformation.

1)  “What advantages and disadvantages can you identify from the operational strategy that ING has implemented (within their banking sector)?”

2) “Argue whether is possible or not to digitize all banking products.”
Focus on clear and concrete criteria whether it is possible to digitize all banking products or not.
