General Project Overview

Based on the new venture project you developed for BUSI 338, you will create a 3-page tactical report detailing your plan to launch your business. In this project, you will address specific requirements of an enterprise in the introduction phase of the business life cycle. The paper must be in current APA format and will be subject to originality analysis through SafeAssign.

Plan Requirements
1.    Describe the nature of your business. What is the service or product you are offering?
2.    Create a mission statement to guide your new venture and determine scope of operations.
3.    Describe the industry your new business will compete in. Identify key competitors and provide details regarding average profitability in your marketplace.
4.    Provide a detailed plan of your proposed business site. Discuss the estimated cost of establishing operations in your proposed location.
5.    Support your plan with a minimum of 2 sources and at least 1 biblical reference.
