In our discussion board this week, I have selected the topic of vaping because it has recently received a lot of attention in the news and society is grappling over how to control vaping among teens.  

For your initial post (approximately 250 400 words), suggest a vaping policy or initiative for reducing teen vaping using a framework of any of the related theories that we have covered this week (classical and neoclassical theories).  Be sure to discuss key terms and to provide a rationale (linked to a classical or neoclassical theory) for why you believe it will work, and finally develop a slogan/tagline/hashtag to promote your policy or initiative. Your initial post should include APA in-text references and a reference list for at least two of the materials covered this week.
