Find an organizational crisis that has surfaced on YouTube. This must be something specific to YouTube and not a news report.  Address the following questions. Include an active link to the video. Make sure to identify all resources in APA format.

1.  Explain the crisis selected and why this event is considered to be a crisis? Remember the book definition of a crisis presented in Chapter 1.

2.  If this event had not been recorded on YouTube, would it have still been a crisis? Explain.

3.  What is the nature of the comments that accompany the YouTube video? Do you feel these comments are justified? Do you see any patterns in the comments?

4.  What is the nature of the blame that is being assigned in the videos and comments section? Is the organization being blamed? If so, is it justified? Is there another party involved that is to blame for the crisis? Explain.
