Mr X is an experienced International Social Sustainability professional and a certified GIS Specialist with extensive managerial experience on livelihood related and GIS studies on development projects. His field experience span managing team of consultants conducting multi-stakeholder engagements, social mapping, GIS mapping and livelihood restoration and improvement related research. Specifically, Mr X has over 5 years experience and conducting and implementing livelihood restoration options, essentially for agriculture, oil and gas, wind, solar, and transmission line projects involving up to 600km in East and West Africa. Mr X is a trained Geomatics Engineer and has worked with COMPANY X as a Social sustainability lead and GIS Specialist on several projects in Ghana, Cote DIvoire, Burkina Faso, Kenya and Nigeria. Having trained in project management, he leads the team of quantitative and qualitative surveyors, and GIS surveyors working on households surveys, land parcel surveys and implementation of livelihood options respectively. Most recently, Mr X has led teams of multi-disciplinary consultants in conducting implementation activities under a developed livelihood restoration plan for large agribusiness projects, household surveys and multiple stakeholder engagements on projects in Northern, Southern and Western parts of Ghana. Before joining COMPANY X, Mr X worked as a Research Assistant at University X. He possesses a clear and logical mind with a practical approach to problem-solving and a drive to see things through to completion and strong attention to details. Mr X is a confident team player and a peoples person. Mr X is a certified GIS specialist with experience in developing GIS databases and performing spatial analysis with an emphasis on agriculture and livelihood related studies. Mr Xs vast knowledge in quantitative and qualitative surveys extends to multivariate data analysis, longitudinal analysis, regression analysis and statistical methods / Inferential procedures.
