A detailed critical and analytical report on the complex nature of change and the role of
change management within organizations. Select an organization of interest and review
a change management initiative with the chosen organization.
The length of the report is 2500 words. It will assess the students ability of notional
learning through face-to-face class room interaction with faculty, guided and
independent studies. This in-depth analytical work will assess their skill to adopt
appropriate Change Management tools and models in dealing with Managing
Organizational change. Furthermore, identify and apply appropriate theories and change
management models discussed in class and integrate within the critical analysis of the
chosen organization.
