The submission observes that ‘evaluation technique used will involve the use of data collection and processing ” which is logical. An adequate discussion for the ability to evaluate a culture of evidence-based decision making to drive this strategic solution, which includes identification, explanations, and artifacts to support the design and development, is not found.
